No one that I’ve seen in the last two draft classes has anywhere near the kind of bend that Nolan Smith has. His ability to dip and turn the corner is unreal. Absolutely special.
Smith’s arms are long enough to hold off the tackle and keep himself clean, then you see the bend. He’s playing down around the tackle’s stomach and making a tight 180 degree turn to lay a hit on Richardson. How his ankles don’t snap, I have no idea.
